If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund.

Please note that returns or exchanges are not​ accepted for:

• Items on sale

• Items that have been exchanged previously

We never cut corners, substitute inferior materials, or deceive our clients. The jewelry sold in our store includes precious metals, natural gemstones, and lab-created gemstones. All precious metals and valuable gemstones are genuine and authentic—we do not pass off lab-created stones as natural ones. We are committed to providing fair and secure after-sales service to our customers. Every piece of our jewelry is crafted to withstand the test of time and the judgment of the vast majority in terms of both quality and aesthetics.

Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure the safe return of your product.

※ Return Process

1. Contact Customer Service:​ Please contact us to request a return and obtain the return shipping address and further instructions.

2. Prepare Your Item:​ All items for return or exchange must include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and all certificates (a $100 replacement fee will be charged per missing certificate).

3. Choose Carrier & Ship:

   • Customers in North America, please use USPS.

   • Customers outside North America, please use FedEx or DHL.

   • For customers in some specific countries/regions, we will select the carrier based on practical circumstances. Please confirm with us before shipping for details. We will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Shipment & Insurance:​ You must​ obtain the carrier's mailing receipt and proof of shipment, and send it to us as proof of dispatch—this serves as your security proof.

   For your convenience, we recommend using the original packaging from your order. Place the ring/jewelry box inside the gift box, and then place the gift box inside the outer shipping box.

5. Record a Packing Video:​ Please record a continuous video while packing, sealing the box, and handing it over to the carrier. The video should clearly show the items being placed inside, the packing process, and the final handover to the carrier. This video is crucial evidence to prevent any disputes regarding product inconsistency after we receive the package.

※ Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect and verify its condition. We will process the return within approximately seven business days of receipt. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, including but not limited to bank wire transfer, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc., depending on your specific order.

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, or have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way. Items that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused. We cannot provide return or exchange services if the package is lost due to an incorrect address, improper packaging, or any other human error.
